Neatess®: sustainable filtration

Neatess® is a cotton-based filter membrane that combines the natural characteristics of cotton with excellent filtering efficiency and high breathability. 

With the Neatess® filter membrane, Invenio is finally offering truly sustainable filtration:

  • Cotton substrate: raw material of natural origin and 100% compostable.
  • Nanofiber filter layer, very thin: reduction in the use of raw materials.
  • Low-pressure drop: accompanied by excellent filtering efficiency.
  • Lower energy consumption: when Neatess® filter membrane is used in ventilation systems.
  • Extended service life: compared to traditional filtration media.
About Neatess®

Electrospinning

The process chosen by Invenio to obtain its nanofibers. To produce Neatess® Invenio has chosen to use precisely the needle-free Electrospinning technology that enables the production of nanofibers starting from the liquid surface of a polymer solution.
